ORDER

This is an atrocious petition where the petitioner has approached this Court for a direction to the concerned Magistrate to recall the NBW issued to the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. The petitioner is now directed to surrender before the concerned Magistrate and move with appropriate petition for recalling the warrant.

4. It is only wish that the litigants such as the petitioner do not approach this Court for legal advice that Cr.P.C., is clear as to what the accused facing NBW has to do.
