O R D E R
[Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.] This habeas corpus petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to produce the petitioner's daughter, namely, Sindhu, aged about 19 years, before this Court and set her at liberty.
2. The petitioner would state that she is working as labour in Moonar Estate and her daughter, the detenue herein, was missing from 09.12.2020. In this regard, she lodged a complaint with the second respondent on 06.01.2021, but, no action was taken and hence, she has come up with this habeas corpus petition.
3. Heard Mr.V.Sukumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.K.Dinesh Babu, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 and Mr.B.Banu Prasath, learned counsel appearing for the detenue and perused the materials available on record.

4. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the detenue appeared before this Court along with one Vignesh through Video Conferencing from the Public Prosecutor Office. On enquiry, she stated that she married the said Vignesh in a Church at Bangalore on 01.01.2021 and she is working at Kumaran Silks, Gandhipuram, Coimbatore, while, her husband is working in a private company. She also stated that she is a major and now, she wants to go with her husband.
5. In the light of the above statement, this habeas corpus petition is ordered accordingly and the detenue is set her at liberty.
