ORDER

The petitioner served as a Junior Assistant in the 3rd respondent College and retired from service on attaining the age of superannuation on 31.05.2025. The petitioner, with a grievance that the increment due to the petitioner for the year 2019 has not been provided, has submitted a representation to the first respondent. However, the petitioner's representation has been rejected by the first respondent, by proceedings dated 07.01.2026 that it has not been submitted through proper channel. Challenging the same, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the representation has been submitted through the 3rd respondent, however, it has been onerously rejected by the 1st respondent that the representation has not been submitted through proper channel.

3. Mr.S.Vinodh, learned Government Advocate, by referring to the impugned order, submits that the petitioner has not submitted the representation through the 3rd respondent.

Considering the rival submissions made, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to submit a fresh representation through the 3rd respondent, within a period of one week from today. The 3rd respondent is directed to forward the same to the 2nd respondent, within a period of two weeks from thereon. The 2nd respondent is also directed to forward the same to the first respondent, within a period of one week from thereon. The first 3/5

respondent shall take a call within a period of one week from the date of receipt of the petitioner's representation. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 29.01.2026 ogy Index : Yes / No.
