ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused No.1 in Crime No.19 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, was arrested on 25.08.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294 (b), 307, 324 and 506(ii) of I.P.C., and hence, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with the other accused attacked the de-facto complainant with bottle and also threatened him with dire consequences.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the injured has been discharged from the hospital and the petitioner is having three previous cases to his credit and if he is released on bail, he will commit the same offence.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thoothukudi and on further condition that the petitioner shall reside at Virudhunagar and appear before the Choolakarai Police Station daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
