I am to state that CMP(MD)No.11570 of 2018 in CMA(MD)SR.No.11032 of 2018 was filed praying to condone the delay of 213 days in re-presenting the Appeal. By order under reference the delay was condoned subject to the payment of cost of Rs.1000/-(Rupees One Thousand only) to the Chief Justice Relief Fund, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.
