This petition is filed to direct the 2nd respondent, to register a case, on the basis of the petitioner's complaint, dated 07.08.2014.
2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner, dated 07.08.2013, petition enquiry was conducted and subsequently, it was closed. 3.Recording the above submission, this petition is dismissed.
