[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, submitted that the third respondent who is the wife of the detenu has given a complaint against the detenu for the offence under Section 498-A of IPC, in crime No.11 of 2018. we do not find any illegal detention.
