ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the second respondent to register the FIR based upon the petitioner's complaint dated 10.08.2015.

2. Heard the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on either side.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents has produced a copy of the FIR dated 12.09.2015, in which the alleged occurrence is stated to have been taken place on 15.08.2015.

4. Perusal of the details of the FIR disclose that the incident https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ stated to have been taken place on 10.08.2015 and in that it is stated

by the defacto complainant that he has already preferred a complaint on 10.08.2015. There is an undertaking by the respondents to look into the complaint dated 10.08.2015.

5. Recording the undertaking made, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
