ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the second respondent to complete the investigation and to file a final report in Crime No.353 of 2019 on the file of the second respondent within a period that may be stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the second respondent, after completing the investigation, has laid the final report dated 11.12.2019 in Crime No.353 of 2019 as 'Mistake of Fact'. He would further submit that RCS notice was not served and the same was not filed before the jurisdictional Court.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the second respondent is directed to file a final report in Crime No.353 of 2019 before the concerned Court and serve RCS notice on the petitioner/defacto complainant. 2/4

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
