ORDER

This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to direct the respondents, particularly, the second respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 04.09.2014 and investigate the same in accordance with law and also file the final report.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, already a case has been registered in Crime No.73 of 2015 for the offence punishable under Section 420 IPC.
