A report dated 12.12.2017 received from II Additional District Judge, Tirunelveli reveals the fact that earlier the petitioners have complied with the weekly condition ie., on every Monday ie.,13.02.2017, 20.12.2017, 27.02.2017 and 06.03.2017 and thereafter, they appeared from 24.04.2017 to 11.12.2017 except 31.07.2017.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the reasons assigned, the earlier condition is modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to appear before the Court concerned on first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of this appeal. These petitions are ordered accordingly.
