This petition has been filed to set aside the order passed by the IV Additional District Sessions Court, Madurai,, in C.A.No.7 of 2016 dated 15.11.2019, confirming the conviction made by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, (Fast Track No.1), Madurai, in S.T.C.No.478 of 2013 dated 12.10.2018.
2.When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions, would submit that the petitioner is reported to be dead and hence, they are unable to execute the warrant issued by this Court dated 19.08.2025.
3. In view of that, this Criminal Revision Case is disposed of on the following terms:- i) This Criminal Revision case is dismissed as abated. ii) The respondent/complainant is permitted to recover the compensation amount ordered by the trial Court as per the procedure stated in Cr.P.C., if not already recovered. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
