RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition 7(b) imposed in Crl.OP(MD)No.15015 of 2022 dated 01.11.2022 to the effect that the petitioners may be permitted to appear before respondent police as and when required, instead of appearing before the respondent police Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.PON KARTHIKEYAN.R, Advocate for the petitioner and of on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to modify the condition No.7(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.15015 of 2022, dated 09.11.2022 to the effect that the petitioners may be permitted to appear before the respondent police as and when required, instead of appearing before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for modification of the condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. CRL MP(MD) No.1818 of 2023 Judicial Magistrate, Tenkasi and the same is yet to be taken on file.

4.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No15015 of 2022, dated 09.11.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tenkasi on 01.03.2023 at 10.30 a.m and thereafter, on the date fixed by the learned Trial Judge. 5.This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered accordingly. sd/- 02/02/2023 / TRUE COPY / /02/2023 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
