WP(MD)No.2771 of 2021 3.Mr.R.Saravanakumar, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, would contend that the First Information Report in Crime No.11 of 2013 was closed under Section 468 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and he also produced a copy of the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi. 4.Recording the said submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
