The petitioner seeks transfer of investigation. She is the defacto complainant in Crime No.873 of 2021 registered on the file of the third respondent.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that a positive final report incorporating all these offences was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirunelveli on 31.12.2021. 3.The third respondent shall once again verify, if the said report is available on the file of the Court below.
