3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 28.08.2015 and to pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of in the above terms. No costs.
