Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.TAMILMANI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.ANBARASAN Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner, by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD).10206 of 2017 in Crl.O.P (MD).No.12876 of 2017, dated 10.11.2017.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent on instructions submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition only for a period of 19 days.

4. Since the offence committed by the petitioner is a murder and theft and the investigation is in preliminary stage, I am not inclined to entertain this petition. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
