Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.VAKEESWARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner, by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.11485 of 2017, dated 04.09.2017.

complying with the weekly condition imposed by this Court regularly.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered accordingly.
