M. P. (MD) No. 10277/2017 in CRl. O. P. (MD) No. 13580/2017 dated 14.11.2017.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.KARTHICK SUBRAMANIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.ANBARASAN Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner, by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD).10277 of 2017 in Crl.O.P (MD).No.13580 of 2017, dated 14.11.2017.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the

respondent on instructions submitted that the petitioner has not appeared before the respondent Police even for a single day.

4. On a perusal of the documents it is seen that initially the petitioner was granted anticipatory by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD). No.13580 of 2017, on condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police daily between 10.00 am and 11.00 am and thereafter, the said condition was modified as weekly once in Crl.M.P(MD).No.10277 of 2017 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.13580 of 2017, dated 14.11.2017. After filing modification petition, the petitioner filed another modification petition to relax the condition.

5. Since the petitioner has not complied with the condition imposed by this Court even for a single day, this court is not inclined to entertain this petition. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
