[Order of the Court was made by S.VIMALA, J.] This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking direction to the respondents to produce his son namely Soundhirapandi, S/o.Chellapandi, aged about 31 years, before this Court and set him at liberty.

2.We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents. We have also perused the records carefully.
3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has produced a copy of the First Information Report, from which, it is evident that the petitioner was arrested in connection with Crime No.94 of 2018, on 20.03.2018, for the offences punishable under Sections 392, 397 and 506(2) of IPC, by the Inspector of Police, Vadipatty Police Station.
4.At this stage, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the registration of the case itself is a manipulation in order to use it as a tool and as a counter blast for the Habeas Corpus Petition already filed. 5.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
