[Order of the Court was made by A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.] This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents 2 to 4 herein to prematurely release husband of the petitioner namely K.Singaravelu (Convict Prisoner No.98908) from Central Prison, Trichirappalli by implementing G.O.Ms.No.488, Home (Prison-IV) dated 15.11.2021.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents on instructions would submit that earlier the case of the petitioner's husband for premature release was

rejected, however, it has been reconsidered and the papers are now pending for orders before the Office of his Excellency, Governor of Tamil Nadu.

3. Recording the same, this writ petition is closed. No costs. [A.D.J.C., J.] [K.R.S., J.] NCC :
