ORDER
The petitioner seeks an expeditious investigation in Crime No.374 of 2018 for a direction to lay the final report.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation is underway and one person suspected of involving in the offence has been interrogated, but, the accused is still at dark.
4. Recording the above submission, this Court now directs the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Samayanallur, to oversee the course of investigation and lay charge sheet as expeditious as possible.
5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
