ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 294(b), 420 and 506(ii) of I.P.C., in Crime No.not known of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, enquiry has been undertaken. Due to the pledging of jewels trouble arose between the parties. Summons have been sent to the petitioner. Since the summons have been sent to the petitioner, the petitioner must appear before the respondent police and co-operate with them to complete the enquiry. If any trouble arises in future, the petitioner may workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings. 3.With the above liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
