ORDER

The present petition is filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure seeking for a direction to the first respondent to file a final report in Crime No.885 of 2015. 2.Mr.R.Erottuchamy, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the first respondent and would submit that the investigation in Crime No.885 of 2015 of Cantonment police station is almost completed and sought two months time to file final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court. 3.Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate, the first respondent is directed to expedite the investigation and to file a final report/referred charge sheet as the case may be in Crime No.885 of 2015 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order/uploading of the order.
