2.Today, when the matter was called, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the fifth respondent herein, namely, Alaguvel, as well as the petitioner are being enquired by the officials of the fourth respondent. Since the enquiry has been initiated by the officials of the fourth respondent, petitioner may not have any grievance.

3.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed with a direction to the fourth respondent to complete the enquiry within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
