ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file a final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Manamadurai in Crime No.127 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police and for speedy trial. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the respondent has registered a case in the above said crime number on 13.09.2018, no final report is filed till date. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the respondent police may be permitted to file a final report within a period of three months. 5.In view of the above, the respondent is directed to file a final report, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
