O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by G.K.ILANTHIRAIYAN, J.) This Habeus Corpus Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to produce the body or person of the detenue namely Kalisankar, S/o.Paramasivan,aged 37 years and produce him before this Court and set him at liberty.

2. The detenue is none other than the son of the petitioner herein. While being so, the son of the petitioner was missing from his house from 19.12.2025., therefore the petitioner lodged complaint before the third respondent and the same has been registered in Crime No. 328 of 2025 under 'Man Missing'. On enquiry the third respondent found that the son of the petitioner was already missing from the house one year before and he returned to his house after 15 days. Now also he is

missing from the house behind his wife and two children, hence the son of the petitioner is not under illegal detention of any one.

3. In view of the same, the petition stands dismissed. However the third respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file final report within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
