ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.18468 of 2015 apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 294(b), 323, 506(i) IPC in Crime No.584 of 2015 and hence, seek anticipatory bail. The petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.18467 of 2015 apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 324, 307 IPC in Crime No.586 of 2015 and hence, seek anticipatory bail.
2. It is submitted that both cases are case and counter and the occurrence took place on driving of auto with the passengers.
3. The learned counsel appearing for both applications submitted that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have been falsely implicated in this case.
4. The Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the State submitted that in respect of Crime No. 586 of 2015, the injured was discharged from the hospital and in respect of Crime No.584 of 2015, none sustained injury. She would further submit that police picketing is ordered.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioners on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the petitioners in both applications are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aundipatti, Theni District and on each of them executing a separate bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction to the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.18467 of 2015 shall stay at Sivangangai and they shall appear before Sivagangai Town Police Station at 10.00 a.m until further orders and the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.18468 of 2015 shall stay at Madurai and they shall appear before Tallakulam Police Station at 10.00 a.m until further orders. The petitioners shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. Scrupulously.
6. The petitioners shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed. sd/- 25/09/2015 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
