ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present petition to direct the respondent to dispose of the complaint, dated 14.09.2020, given by the petitioner, on the file of the respondent. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner had given complaint to the respondent police to take action against the accused person, but, the respondent police failed to take any action and hence, the petitioner filed this Petition.

3.Mr.S.Chandrasekar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who takes notice for the respondent, on instructions, would submit that the complaint of the petitioner was received and it is pending for enquiry.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2068 of 2021 directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and to take necessary action, as per law, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order / uploading of the order. .
