ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the second respondent not to interfere in the civil dispute in the petitioner property in Survey No.343/5 and patta No.927 at Kanakkanenthal Village, Thiruppuvanam Taluk, Sivagangai District regarding the partition dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent in view of the registered Will dated 30.07.2018.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the petitioner has given a complaint and the same is pending. He would further submit that as of now, no complaint or petition is pending against the petitioner given by the third respondent. 2/4

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
