RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.OP.(MD).No.13559 of 2020 on the file of this Hon'ble Court dated 27.11.2020 in Cr.No.339 of 2012 on the file of the Respondent Police.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.ANANDA RAJ. A, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.V.CHANDRASEKARAN, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.13559 of 2020 on 27.11.2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly. Hence, he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly till date.

4. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.13559 of 2020 on 27.11.2020 is modified to the effect https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

that the petitioner shall report before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ramanathapuram, on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., till the completion of committal proceedings.
