ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused No.9 in Crime No.227 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police, was arrested on 22.08.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 362, 397, 120(b) and 414 of I.P.C., and hence, seeks bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the accused way laid the defacto complainant and robbed a sum of Rs.26,86,000/-.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case and the petitioner is the driver of A1's vehicle. It is further submitted that the main accused A1 was already released on bail by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.14944 of 2015 dated 25.08.2015 and A3 to A5 were also released on anticipatory bail by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.18061 of 2015 dated 19.09.2015.
4. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kovilpatti, Tuticorin District and on further https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders.
