This writ petition is filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent police to take appropriate actions on the representation given by the petitioner dated 22.12.2025 within a time limit as may be stipulated by this Court.

This Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.12.2025, as per law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. If any cognizable offence is made out, further action shall be taken in accordance with law.

3. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No Costs.
