2. We are more than satisfied that a case for grant of relief has been made out. The petitioner's mother is aged about 69 years. She has suffered amputation of her toe. She has also suffered fracture now. 2/5
3. Considering these aspects, the leave earlier granted in her favour stands extended by sixty more days.
4. The writ petition is allowed. No costs.
