This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.207 of 2014, on the file of the first respondent.
2.It is seen from the records that there are specific allegations and averments against the petitioner in the First Information Report. At this stage, the First Information Report cannot be quashed on its threshold.
