The petitioner is the de-facto complainant. He wants the respondent to file the final report without delay. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that final report was filed in the year 2018. It was taken on file as S.T.C.No.976 of 2018 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai. Subsequently, the matter was referred to Lok Adalat and the accused appeared to have pleaded guilty and paid the fine and therefore, nothing survives for further consideration in this case. 3.I sustain the stand taken by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side). At the same time, if the complainant feels aggrieved, it is open to him to take recourse to such remedies as are available in law.
