ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to direct the second respondent to prove police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his family members from the third respondent.

2. It is seen that the petitioner has submitted the alleged complaint before the second respondent and on receipt of the same, the second respondent issued CSR Nos.633 of 2019 and 38 of 2022. Based on the complaint the second respondent has issued summons to the third and fourth respondent and conducted detailed enquiry and found that the allegations averred in the complaint are civil in nature, therefore the said complaint was closed. 3.At this stage, police protection cannot be provided to the petitioner.
