PRAYER W.P(MD)No.2471 of 2020:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order in Na.Ka.No.624/A4/2019, dated 21.11.2019 the consequential impugned order in Na.Ka.No.624/A3/2019, dated 22.01.2020, on the file of the fifth respondent and quash the same as illegal and consequently to direct the respondents No.3 to 5 to retain the petitioner in the same school of Panchayat Union Primary School, Kalkottai in Nilakkottai Union in Dindigul District.

PRAYER in W.P(MD)No.3625 of 2020:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the fifth respondent vide his impugned proceedings Na.Ka.No.975/A1/2019, dated 22.01.2020 and quash the same as illegal.

2.When these matters are taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader would submit that Writ Appeals in W.A(MD) Nos.333 & 336 2020 were filed in which, deployment order dated 30.08.2019 was stayed by the Division Bench of this Court. In the meantime, the relieving orders dated 22.01.2020 were again challenged, which are the subject matter of these writ petitions.

3.The learned Special Government Pleader would further submit that in view of the orders passed by the Division Bench of this Court in W.A(MD) Nos.333 & 336 2020, dated 28.02.2020, the authorities concerned have not effected the relieving order and these petitioners are permitted to work in the same school. 4.Recording the said submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, these writ petitions are closed as no further order is required, since the deployment order dated 22.01.2020 was stayed by the Division Bench of this Court in W.A (MD) Nos.333 & 336 2020, dated 28.02.2020 and the relieving order has not been effected and the petitioners are permitted to work in the same School. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
