This petition is filed to quash the impugned proceedings of the first respondent in M.C.No.05 of 2020 dated 25.01.2020, calling upon him to show cause as to why he should not execute a bond under Section 111 of Cr.P.C. 2.There was no representation for the petitioner, when the matter was called on 12.12.2022. Today the matter is listed under the caption for dismissal and there is no representation for the petitioner today also. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the second respondent, on instructions, submitted that the said notice has become infructuous.

4.In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in the Criminal Original Petition and hence, the same stands dismissed. However, the respondent is at liberty to issue fresh notice, if need arise. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
