SYED ALI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The Petitioner filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court for the offences punishable under Sections 147 and 307 of IPC, in Crime No.41 of 2017, while granting anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. The

petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when require for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered accordingly.
