ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents produced a copy of the proceedings of the Sub Divisional Magistrate / Revenue Divisional Officer, Usilampatti, dated 25.01.2021, invoking Section 131(1)(a) of the Criminal Procedure Code.

2. In view of the same, this writ petition stands closed, giving liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law. However, taking into consideration of the submission made by the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner that the proceedings dated 25.01.2021 has been received only on 06.02.2021, we are inclined to direct the respondents to maintain status-quo, as on date, for a period of three days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
