The petitioner seeks for quash of the Charge Sheet in CC.No.1327 of 2023 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate-I, Madurai.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner had already been acquitted by the trial Court on 26.11.2025.
