No.1947 of 2024 in C.C.No.62 of 2024, dated 09.12.2024 . 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. Permission is granted.
