[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J.] The present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the husband of the detenu, seeking a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents to produce the person or body of the detenu, namely, Pravina Shanthi, D/o.Murugaiah, before this Court and set her at liberty.

2.Heard Mr.KA.Raamakrishnan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.K.Dinesh Babu, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3.The detenu, namely, Pravina Shanthi, D/o.Murugaiah, was produced before this Court. She is a major and in quite clear and categorical terms has informed that she is at her parental home on her own volition. The aforesaid position has been informed to the petitioner.
