ORDER

The petitioner has moved this petition to quash the proceedings pending against them in C.C.No.46 of 2023 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Manamadurai on the ground of compromise along with compromise memo signed by the defacto complainant.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that apart from the defacto complainant there are three injured in this case and of them, one has suffered grievous injury and they have not been added as parties.

3.Considering the submission of the learned Government Advocate, this petition with dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to move a fresh application impleading the other victims also. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
