ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition is filed by the petitioner seeking anticipatory bail in in Crime No.262 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police for the offences under Sections 8(c) r/w. 20(b)(ii)(B) and 29(1) of NDPS Act in C.C.No.1098 of 2023 on the file of the Principal Special Court for EC and NDPS Act Cases at Madurai.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent submitted that it is a case of jumped out of bail and hence, he prays for dismissal of this petition.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is directing the petitioner to surrender before the learned Principal Special Court for EC and NDPS Act Cases at Madurai. The petitioner shall submit a bail application before the learned Principal Special Court for EC and NDPS Act Cases at Madurai. On such submission, the learned Judge shall consider the bail application in accordance to law on merits on the same date.

4. With the above said directions, the criminal original petition is disposed of.
