This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner for a direction directing the respondents to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner, dated 31.12.2021. 1/4

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.The representation submitted by the petitioner dated 31.12.2021 cannot be considered after a period of four years. Therefore, the petitioner is at liberty to submit a fresh representation before the authority concerned on fresh cause of action and on receipt of the same, the first respondent is directed to consider the same and pass orders in accordance with law, forthwith.

4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
