ORDER : The Court made the following order:- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A1 was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 05/12/2021 for the offences punishable under sections 394 and 397 IPC, in Crime No.1117 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
2.The petitioner is facing the charges under sections 394 and 397 IPC. As per the case of the prosecution, on 02/11/2021 at about 4.00 pm when the de-facto complainant was working in Venkur SAP Pump House the petitioner alleged to have demanded money and when that was refused, the petitioner alleged to have assaulted him with billhook in his head.
3.Heard both sides.
4.The earlier bail application that was filed by this petitioner came to be dismissed by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Trichy, in Crl.MP No.82 of 2022, dated 10/01/2022 on the ground that the petitioner is involved in two previous cases. But in respect of the above previous cases, no further particulars are available.

Crl.OP(MD)No.2055 of 2022 5.Considering above facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the duration of the custody of the petitioner and major portion of the investigation might have been over by this time, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail with certain conditions.
6.Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Trichy and on further condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders.
