O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed challenging the enquiry notice issued by the 1st respondent dated 18.12.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the official respondents. By consent of both sides, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. Since no adverse orders are going to be passed against the private respondent, notice is dispensed with.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in respect of the very same property, earlier by order dated 02.12.2022, the 1st respondent had issued patta transfer order based on the orders of this Court in WP(MD) No.7618 of 2022 dated 21.04.2022. The grievance of the petitioner now is that again in respect of the very same property, notice of enquiry was issued. Aggrieved by which, the present writ petition is filed.
