ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J.) The detenu informs that owing to the petitioner / father, having scolded her over doing poorly in studies, she had gone away. Petitioner / father and daughter are reconciled and the detenu is returning to her parental home.

2.In such circumstances, the Habeas Corpus petition shall stand closed.
